DESCRIPTION

manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.

Job Description / Summary

  • Drives recruitment effort in order to meet resource needs of the local office business in accordance with the competency and qualification standards
  • Manages employee on-boarding & Exiting, employee movement, contract renewal and outsource workers
  • Manages Annual and bi-annual Performance Management process including performance appraisal, coaching, feedback and performance improvement plan
  • Manages yearly Learning and Development plan and implementation
  • Supports human resource information system (HRIS)’s requirements and ensures information is current and accurate
  • Drives Employee Survey, Exit Interview and other employee relations activities; analyzes key HR data and provides tactical advice for resolving any underlying issues
  • Ensures employees’ compensation and benefits i.e. Salary Structure, Job Level, Allowances and Benefits are managed in accordance with Company policy
  • Ensures company policies compliance with employment legislation and company regulations
  • Provide support to any other internal/regional HR projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years working experience as HR Generalist
  • Good command in English
  • CXC (or O’level) Mathematic Exam Result with Grade 1;
  • Have knowledge in local labour Law & Industrial Relations practice;
  • Meticulous, analytical, has passion to develop career in a fast moving, dynamic telecommunications industry
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook applications; Excellent skill for excel
  • Assertive, extrovert and likes to interact with all levels of people
  • Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Good at team work, strong implementation ability, oriented final responsibility and result
